Glass Straight Line Bevelling Machine
DB371Intelligent Straight-line Beveling Machine is special equipment which is suitable for beveling and edging of various flat glass or mirror. The joint-link adopts chainless ball bearing construction, and the grinding head use up/down construction. With a wide processing range, its min. processing glass size is 25mm(1"X1"),and its max. width of bevel can reach 60mm(2-3"/8). The controlling system adopts PLC, which can be operated manually. The human-machine interface displays various parameters, such as the glass thickness, bevel width and angel, remaining thickness, and working speed. The convey speed adopts speed adjustment of frequency conversion. The machine can grind and clean the rear transmitting plate by itself.
