JS11 Intelligent Straight-line Beveling Machine and a PG10 glass polishing machine, Its Joint-Link adopts chainless ball bearing construction. smooth transmission, high-precision movement. The controlling system adopts PLC, which can be operated manually or automatically. The human-machine interface displays various parameters, such as the glass thickness, bevel width and angel, remaining thickness, and working speed. The convey speed adopts speed adjustment of frequency conversion. The machine can grind and clean the rear transmitting plate of itself. JWL300 vertical Washing & Drying Machine can be completed directly online polishing glass cleaning, time-saving effort has greatly improved work efficiency.
